How do I start a game?
Tap + New game on the Games tab and choose a friend to challenge. They get a notification and can accept. You can also accept challenges from others under Challenges.
How do I add friends?
Open the Friends tab, search for their username and send a friend request. When they accept, you can challenge them and see your head-to-head record.
What is free, and what does the purchase include?
The game is free. On the free version you can start up to three games at a time yourself, and you can always accept challenges. A one-time purchase, Shipowner, unlocks unlimited games, full statistics and an exclusive fleet. There are no ads and no subscription.
How does rating and rank work?
Everyone starts as a Recruit with a rating of 1200. Wins raise your rating and losses lower it, and beating a higher-rated player gives more points. Your rank follows your rating, but you only lose a rank when you drop 25 points below its limit.
I don't get notifications
Open the iPhone Settings, tap Notifications, find Last Known Position and turn on Allow Notifications. Also check that Focus mode is not hiding them.
How do I report or block a player?
Tap the player in your friends list, in a game or on the leaderboard and choose Report or Block. Reports are reviewed, and offensive usernames are removed.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Profile, scroll down and tap Delete account. Your profile, friends, statistics and sign-in are deleted, and games in progress are resigned. It cannot be undone.
